How are leads generated?
When a consumer on a paid plan runs a briefing, the matching modalities + their city are cross-referenced with your listing. On Pro/Premium, you receive email alerts for matches and the consumer can contact you through your verified profile.
What counts as verification?
We verify your state medical license number against the applicable medical board, confirm your practice address, and require an attested statement about the modalities you actively practice. Takes 2-5 business days.
What does white-label mean on Enterprise?
For multi-location clinics, the briefing output can be rendered under your clinic's brand (logo, colors, URL). Patients see a CellIntel-powered intake briefing attributed to you, co-signed with regulatory disclaimers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Same terms as consumer — monthly cancels at end of cycle, annual can cancel before renewal, 14-day prorated refund window on annual.
