Terms of Service

Note for founder: This is a placeholder Terms of Service for V0.1. It must be reviewed and finalized by counsel before launch. Recommended firms: Loeb & Loeb, Klein Moynihan Turco, or a solo bio-regulatory attorney.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CellIntel.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. CellIntel.ai is operated by BioRegenEx Medical Technology, a Texas company ("we," "us," "our").

2. No doctor-patient relationship

Use of CellIntel.ai does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or any other healthcare-provider relationship between you and CellIntel.ai or any of its operators, employees, contractors, or contributors. CellIntel.ai is an educational resource and a directory service; it is not a healthcare provider.

3. Not medical advice

Content on CellIntel.ai — including AI-generated briefings, educational pillars, practitioner directory listings, and all other material — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner before starting, stopping, or modifying any treatment.

4. User responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not rely solely on CellIntel.ai for any health decision.
• You will consult a licensed practitioner before acting on any information from CellIntel.ai.
• You will independently verify practitioner credentials before engaging any practitioner listed in our directory.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• You will not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

5. AI-generated content

Briefings and other AI-assisted content are generated using large language models. We validate outputs against safety and citation rules, but AI systems can contain errors. Verify all claims with a licensed practitioner before acting. Each briefing is logged with the AI model and prompt version used; this information is available on request.

6. Practitioner directory

Practitioners listed in our directory self-report their credentials. CellIntel.ai does not independently verify these claims and does not endorse any practitioner. You are responsible for verifying licensing and fit before engaging any practitioner.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CellIntel.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to us in the prior twelve months, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action against CellIntel.ai. Arbitration shall occur in Texas.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
